Heavenly Comforter accepts the following forms of
payment:
- Credit Card Payments are preferred (Card will not be charged until order is shipped)
- Prepaid Company Check. Funds must clear before the product is shipped
- Cash on Delivery (COD), Money Order, or Certified Check [subject to approval]
- Prepaid Bank Wire Transfer
Minimum Order
Heavenly Comforter requires the following minimum
order policy:
- All orders are required to be at a minimum of
$20.00
Special Orders
Heavenly Comforter will accommodate special orders. All special orders must be paid in full at the time of order. Once a special order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE. Orders for items that are not in-stock and customer request to wait for the product is considered a special order.
Pricing
All product prices are displayed in real time on
the web site. We will do our best to ensure our prices are as
accurate as possible. However, in situation where error occurs in
product pricing, our company reserves the right to update the order
with correct pricing and will notify the customer if such change
does occur. Prices and discounts are subject to change without
notice.

Freight
Prices do not include
freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped with the shipping
method specified by the customer. Shipping charge will be calculated
in real time during the check out process. Order need not to be
completed to see the shipping charge. We use Fedex as shipping
carrier.
Shipping
Errors
If Heavenly
Comforters ships incorrect items due to our error we will credit
customer for shipping back the wrong item shipped. The correct item
will be shipped once the wrongly shipped product is received. Credit
will be applied directly onto customer’s credit card within 30
days upon receiving the product.
Returned
Checks
If a check is
returned for any reason then a $25.00 service charge will be added
to the invoice and all subsequent orders will be permanently
designated a payment method of Cash Only Cash on Delivery (COD) or a
Prepaid Certified Check.
Refused
Shipments
Any REFUSED shipments
returned to Heavenly comforter & Home Décor do not constitute
the right to a refund or credit. Any shipments returned REFUSED if
accepted back by the company will incur a 40% restocking fee plus
freight charges.
Back
Orders
Heavenly comforter
will hold and ship all back orders as soon as possible by Fedex.
Buyers that want back order items cancelled should call Heavenly
Comforters directly.

To provide the best
shopping experience possible, customers may return the product
ordered for any reason within 30 days after receiving the product.
Products that qualify
for return must meet the following condition.

used.

Product packaging is in
original condition.
To return a product,
simply fill out our feedback form on the web site to request for an
RAN (Return Authorization Number). Upon receiving the RAN number,
place this number on the surface of the return package. A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued prior to any returns. Heavenly
Comforters will refuse any return without a Return Authorization
Number. Once we received the return goods in correct condition we
will refund directly onto customer’s credit card within a 30 day
period.
All returned items
will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges.
All returns must be
received by Heavenly comforter within 10 calendar days after
the Return Authorization Number has been issued.
Exchanging Defective Products
All defective
products can be returned or exchanged. All authorized return
merchandise must be unused and in its original unsealed packaging.
Any merchandise that has been unsealed or shows signs of usage,
tampering, or wear will NOT be allowed for return or exchange.
Please follow the
return procedure listed above in this page to exchange or return an
defective product. Please write the Return Authorization Number
clearly on the outside of the returning package. Additionally,
please tag the items inside the return package with your name and
Return Authorization Number. Shipping credit will be given for
returning defective products.
A copy of your email
invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along
with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may
reach you.
All approved refunds
will be paid by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account
Credit, determined by Heavenly comforter.
Damage or
Loss Claims
All products are
carefully packed and pass rigorous quality control testing before
shipment. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the
carrier. All claims for damages or losses to your shipment must be
made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping containers and
packing material for carrier inspection.
Warranty Policy
The following
requirements encompass our warranty policy:
All products sold by
Heavenly comforter are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty,
defective product covered under warranty will be returned to
manufacturer for exchange. Exchange of defective product usually
takes 2 to 3 weeks.
No warranty will be
valid to products mishandled or damaged by customers.
